All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of vintage and pre-loved items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you receive is significantly not as described. In these rare cases, we may offer store credit.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee 100% authenticity on every item we sell. Each piece is carefully authenticated by our team of experts. If you have concerns about an item’s authenticity, please reach out to us immediately.
Certification of authenticity can also be added to your order for an additional fee.
Condition of Items
Our vintage and pre-loved pieces may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photos so you can shop with confidence.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at customer@rareartchives.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.
